Dry Needling Biomedical acupuncture for trigger points

Dry needling is a modern physiotherapy technique designed to reduce muscle pain, release tight trigger points, and restore healthy movement. Using thin, sterile needles, a trained physiotherapist targets specific myofascial trigger points—those stubborn “knots” that limit mobility and cause discomfort.
This precise stimulation helps relax tense muscles, boost local blood flow, and activate the body’s natural healing process. It is commonly used for neck and back pain, sports injuries, muscle strain, and chronic tightness.

Dry needling is minimally invasive and typically integrated into a complete physiotherapy treatment plan that may include therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. Sessions are quick, and most patients return to normal activities immediately afterward.
A small number of people may feel mild soreness for 24–48 hours, which naturally fades as the muscles release and recover.

Massage technique rehabilitate
Shiatsu Massage
Therapeutic technique that originated from traditional Japanese medicine. It involves pressure techniques using the fingers to stimulate energy channels in the body, promoting relaxation and relieving tension. The technique is based on the concept of the five elements and aims to improve energy flow, relieve pain, and enhance overall well-being. A typical Shiatsu session lasts about 1 hour and is performed while the client is lying down in a specialized chair.
Cross Friction Massage
Cross friction massage is a form of scar tissue massage that targets connective tissue, muscle fibers, and/or tendons to help re-align their fibers. We’re not talking about the skin, but rather underneath it. In general, scar tissue massage helps increase blood flow to promote better healing.

Comprehensive rehabilitation programs

Physical therapy serves as a foundational pillar in comprehensive rehabilitation, targeting the restoration of physical function and mobility. Through tailored exercises, therapeutic interventions, and specialized techniques, physical therapists work collaboratively with patients to rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and alleviate pain. This component of rehabilitation is instrumental in addressing musculoskeletal issues, enhancing mobility, and optimizing overall physical performance. Complementing physical therapy, occupational therapy delves into the intricacies of daily life activities. Occupational therapists assist individuals in regaining and refining the skills necessary for everyday tasks, promoting independence and autonomy. By focusing on activities such as self-care, work, and leisure, occupational therapy aims to bridge the gap between impairment and functional ability, fostering a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
Muscle Therapies

Muscle therapy is a broad, non-surgical approach focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of discomfort and dysfunction within the body’s soft tissues. It relies on physical methods rather than pharmacological agents to address pain and mobility issues.
